Bloomington can run all night with no additional track prep and it does not get near as dusty as Tri-State.
The last three ISW races were so dusty you could not see the cars, in fact people were trying to see which way the wind would blow so they would know which side of the track to sit .
July was my last trip to Tri-State. Having to sit through hours of track prep and still get a dusty track is not my idea of good racing or a good time.
I know what you are talking about and understand where you are coming from but think back to last summer.. very little rain fall with high temps and wind... if you could find any track around here that could hold moisture they were doing something amazing.. you speak of Bloomington maybe the track wasnt real dusty but the one time i went there in late June the track was gone before hot laps was over.. the dust doesnt blow into the crowd there because in the summer the wind usually comes out of the soutwest or west.. atleast I think it does normally...
