Oh, no doubt, they gotta be awfully brave, lucky or foolish, to take on a challange of this magnitude, or have a lot of faith, or knowledge, deep pockets aside, I'd think buying a race track, in todays diminished average of expendable income, not to mention the outlook, threat, or promise of outa site energy costs, is one big STEP to a small fortune. Yes, I commend them for their attempt, but, someone will no doubt come out smelling like a rose. Still need to lighten up on the people paying in thru both gates. JMHO Bob
