Exactly, but IMHO its worse. NASCAR's exploitation of the death of Earnhardt, Sr. for economic and promotional gain if not immoral is certainly unethical. It seems to tap into some sort of twisted sense of how to honor a person which sems to reside in the psyche of many but not all NASCAR "followers".
