What I meant was some of the QM's at Ft. Wayne don't run USAC or QMA therefore they don't have to run a tier 3 flywheel or offset key. We also ran spec. Hoosier tires the whole weekend. We never ran our rear wider than 35". Our car would be legal at any USAC event.
