Can you explain what usac legal means ? Did the engine have the new usac .25 rpm limiter...lol, was the center to center rear wheel measurment 36". Please explain what usac .25 legal means?
BTW Giffin Brown was bad fast that weekend in his new NC car. On sat. in the light 160 A-main the tach said he went 8.53.
