Beautiful location with a view of the lake. If the state doesn't condemn the grandstands, and I mean all of them it will be a miracle. I wouldn't sit in them if I had too.

Put lipstick on a pig, its still a pig. It is going to take a huge sum of money to do that place right. Repaving , new stands, paint, you name it.

Great history, and great drivers, just hope they do justice to the place if they buy it.
