When I made the rules for MSCS, the rule was that anyone entering some else pit area to cause trouble or to fight will be automatically suspended for the night with no points and money. Any intentional rough driving or unsportsman like conduct would be handled the same way. This is a good rule, but has to be governed by the people in charge or sanctioning body.
