Anyone go to Hewitt's roast?
Corinne,

It is rather ironic that you ask. First off, I think that your efforts are very noble. I hope that everyone gets better service that I have had. As a long time subscriber, I have seen it arrive on Thursday up until the following Tuesday. It seems that many times I have received the current issue before the previous issue was delivered. A number of years ago I called and complained and they did a trial test to see exactly what the problem was. Service improved somewhat. I know it isn't first class mail, but I don't plan on paying for that service either. Lately, if I receive it within a couple of weeks of the normal delivery I feel very lucky. A lot I guess depends on how long my mail carrier keeps it to read. Must be a slow reader.

My subscription just did end with the issue last week. I decided that I wasn't going to renew just because most of the time when I receive it, the news is old. I still love Chris's column along with Gary London and Dave Argabright. Much of the other coverage that interests me I can get from other sources on the web in a more timely manner.

Not blaming you or your company as I feel most of the time it is due to the poor service we receive from the postal service. I know locally that my deliver person can't find my address but they have been able to supply me with my other neighbors mail. We seem to exchange mail on a regular basis. After numerous attempts to get this corrected, I have decided to just not worry about it any longer. And we wonder why the USPS is having difficult times. Sorry Danny boy.
