Generally speaking, tracks that run 360 winged sprint cars in your area have all adopted the ASCS regional rules that allow any 23 degree head with restrictor intake gaskets. The post about the raised runner heads is correct, I believe. I was under the impression that LOS ran ASCS rules. I know that WOW has adopted the ASCS rules package for motors, and I'm hearing talk that WOW will actually run under the ASCS banner next season. That being said, I believe LOS is one of their staple race tracks, so I'd make sure I talked to LOS about their rules package for next year. If they're going to ASCS, I'd get very familiar with their rules before instructing my engine builder on what to build.
