To a point. There is a minimum wall thickness that you can bend with these style benders, which depends on the tube size and die radius. The bender manufacturer will provide this information. Trying to bend thinner than the min wall thickness will result in kinking or wrinkles.

To bend really thin wall stuff, like header tubing, you need a mandrel bender to do it right (by supporting the inside of the tube), and you're looking at a huge investment, which is why most shops don't have them.
