Dave has let them broadcast several USAC races from The Burg. I have personally seen them from my phone from the parking lot while at the track. Most smart promoters, Dave included, (although I'm not calling him smart. LOL) won't announce in advance that the race will be on the net. It would give fans an incentive to stay home if they KNEW it was going to be on the net for free. He has however several times allowed the races to be on. Maybe it was a last minute decision so that people wouldn't know in advance.

I can tell you this. I love the races on live, but If I was a promoter and knew it would definately cost me admission $$$ there is no way in hell I would tell people in advance that the race was going to be on for free. I might allow it occasionally to be done at the last minute as several tracks have done this year, but no way in hell am I going to let people know in advance.
