the same thing happened to Daum at Tri-City...won his heat race and starts like 9th or 10th.....sounds like you might as well do terrible in the heats so you start upfront...
All cars that transfer to the feature get their qualifying time back to determine starting position. So if he starts 11th that probably means he was 11th quick in qualifying.
