Ron, I feel for ya, it's a whole different world inside one of these critters. When I first signed up, a couple years ago, about every other time, I'd have to go thru the sign in deal, and with a password that no one could remember, I was really getting PO'd, so I asked Bill, and he said delete your cookies, so I finally figured out how to do that, did that, problem solved, new problem, every other site I normally vist, I had to come up with all the passwords and that stuff,so be prepared in advance, maybe that will fix your problem.
