Cheating? It's pretty hard to cheat at Paragon. Have you read the Street Stock rules? They don't follow the Indiana Super Stock rules there. Even though a bunch of the Indiana Super Stocks run at Paragon, they still do decent.

I think it would be pretty hard to cheat at Bloomington too. We took our SS there earlier in the year for the first time and they looked that thing up and down before we ever even got out on the track. They even broke out the tape measure. I was actually impressed at the rule enforcement.
