I agree that there is no one that could handle the problem of a down pour like Tom Helfrich. We were caught in the crowd trying to get out of the storm and were in the worst of it. You could not even see the track from the stands the rain was so hard. When we were able to get to the exit we walked in water to our ankles. Being soaked clear through and the the amount of rain we left to get back to Terre Haute to dry out. I could not beleive when my son called and said they were going to race. Race fans that do not support TSS and the Helfrich family are missing the mark, for they are number one in operating a race track and operating to please their paying public.
