Chris,

I just think the risk is to great to place squarely on the shoulders of the promoters when they already take such a great risk.

Is 3,000 an accurate count for a USAC race (not including Sprint Week)? If Lincoln Park & Bloomington would have not rained out would there have been 3,000 fans in the stands? Would there have even been 2,000?

If 3,000 is accurate do they all want to pay an extra $5? How many might find something else to do if USAC tickets are now $25-$30 per race.

Maybe we should try to get 500 people to voluntarily donate $5 each and then rethink it.
