Talked with a couple racers over the weekend about this and :
They said you don't have to get out of car while refueling a silver crown car.
Another said they don't like messing with the format but they would rather have the 5 lap yellow than a red. Because a red breaks all momentum for a driver, team and fans and they like others don't think that there is such a thing as a 5 minute red.
