The 2nd sentence that you quoted from my post was not directed at you (or your track) but tracks in general.

I don't have a problem with drivers and owners making their own decisions on where to race. I also do not have a problem with fans making their own decisions about which tracks to attend. Your track upped the purse on Saturday to make your show more enticing to race teams. USAC came up with the National Championship point fund to make their races more tempting to their drivers/teams. IMHO your race on Saturday night will not be affected at all by this new point fund. That is why I did not think it was a problem using "Vernon" in my post.

I don't know anything about your dealings with USAC. My comments were about the new USAC point fund.
