According to what I read on the Impact site, they are legally challenging the SFI decertification and claim that the SFI action is over illegal tags. They also claim that their products are safe...

Until this issue is resolved legally, or otherwise, how do you know that Impact products are safe? Because they said so? I'm sure that SFI's action was not taken lightly.....
