From the Lucas Oil site:

For the first time in the event’s history it will be taped by SPEED TV and shown on a date and time to be announced in the future.

I am no expert on TV programming by any means, and I also don't think Lucas is looking to save cash like some of us are. But the TBA timing would seem like they are just looking for some open spot to play the race when there is no other programming on. Last year they only showed the Lucas Oil stuff in December.
