Whatever number you draw, you have to give to someone else. Whether you draw a 1 or a 6 or whatever, you have to give it away. I assume the #1 would be given either to your best buddy or whoever you thought you could pass easiest, and #6 to whoever the person who drew that pill thought would be the toughest to pass or someone you really didn't like. It is quite entertaining to watch.
