John,
I think you should extend this offer to ALL personnel, reservist and retired too. There will be more of them near the tracks you might promote than any active duty people....unless they are recruiters.
If you are saying thanks.....then what about those of us who have already done......or the reservist and guardsman who make up about 80% of the personnel now?
If you are looking to gain more fans in the stands......again, a heck of a lot more retirees and weekend warriors around our tracks then active duty......jmo.
