That track is Nascrap and visa versa. The problem is that this is what happens when you suck the money out of the track, and not put any back into to it. For years the surface has been a complaint, but the Frances have been to cheap to put the money they take out of there, back in.
My biggest fear is that this is the future of Indy. Tony was always putting money into the place, will the girls running it do it? We'll see.
