If you want some awesome Asian food, go to Viet Huong. It is due East of the fairgrounds 2 miles on 21st just west of Memorial. It looks like a ******** outside but it's the best I've ever had. It is Vietnamese, however they also do Chinese. Dad owns the place, mama cooks and the daughters (who are HOT) wait tables. I NEVER go to Tulsa without eating there at least once or twice. As I tell people, Imagine if your grandma was Asian, that's how good it is!!!
Seafood - White River Fish Market. It is the best and freshest seafood in town that is flown in daily. It's not in the nicest area in town, but it is PACKED every day for lunch. Go 3/4 of a mile North of Pine St on Sheridan, it will be on the left right before the RR tracks.
Hamburgers - Hanks Hamburgers...It's on East Admiral Blvd. Go North from the fairgrounds 3 miles, turn right and go about 4 miles (at the bottom of the hill). In business for over 50 years....
The "Original Coney-I-Lander, awesome coneys....In business since 1927....
Ike's Chili House - In business since 1907.....Good stuff.....The direction given above are correct, I grew up 2 miles from there....
BBQ - Elmer's "It be Bad" BBQ......The best!!! It's at 42nd and Peoria. Go West from the fairgrounds to Peoria and make a left (South) and go a little over 2 miles, it's on the right.
