A newer crowd such as myself and others have tried to fill some of the shoes of past greats that have paved the way for us youger and newer guys to race on quality venues in Indiana. This season will be the 50th year of the UMRA with many awesome events taking place and a great schedule for 2010. The split was not pretty but most have moved on and trying to make TQ's better than it used to be. If I can help you find someone please let me know and I will do some research and try to get you a number. Stay tuned for updates for the oldest and greatest TQ club in the US.

Happy Holidays

Michael Koontz

Happy Holidays to you too Michael, and thanks for the offering to help find old friends. I will be going back to Arizona this weekend and don't have much time to visit now. I did recieve a few e-mails and tracked down a couple of the phone numbers I needed. Racing people are some of the best people in the world when it comes to helping out.

Sorry about the split, but I think I see why the two series are going in opposite directions.

Take care and Happy Turkey Day,

Tim
