It's my understanding that the chassis is the same, just the bodywork is upgraded. So I think all of the existing cars out there are good to go, they just need to pony up the cash for new "skins".
Keep in mind, I don't own one, so maybe one of the current owners (sc96, RACEMS41) could clarify.
