Dave, I think you are pizzin on your shoe here. Threating the same people who you hope will attend your races just isnt good business. Given what was said I find it hard to believe that you could make a case on that anyway. Sometimes its better to bite your tongue and stay quiet. I'm not saying you shouldnt contribute to the board, I'm just saying threating lawsuits and belittling those who may, rightly or wrongly, not agree with the track prep, concessions, number of support divisions....etc isnt good business.
