So, they started in the mid- to high-16s and actually got a little FASTER in qualifying. Can anyone say rubber-down?

I will say that the reasons I decided not to go are plenty. I actually love the late models and modifieds, but having all three in two days on a day-time track is the recipe for a terrible track. That's obviously not their fault, but it did weigh into my decision.

Running the sprint cars last is a terrible idea. Yes, they are the support division, but so are the modifieds, and the original schedule had them running FIRST! In my opinion, it shouldn't be about what's the support division and what isn't - it should be based on what division needs the best track conditions. Non-wing sprint cars should always go before late models, and also before winged sprints. Downforce divisions do not need as much race track, so it should make sense to run them later.
