Saturday a.m. could produce a bit of a U.S. 50 slowdown through Aurora as folks arrive for the Farmer's Fair parade. They'll be parking along both sides of the highway and walking into town. Also be aware that U.S. 50 from the top of the hill just west of Aurora and on eastward has become something of a speed trap. Limit on the four lane divided highway drops to 45 for no apparent reason and they patrol the heck out of it. Unmarked cars, motorcyle, the whole bit.
The Fair might be something fun for you out of towners to do before gates open Fri. and Sat. nite. Last year Mrs. FB won the tobacco spitting (for distance) contest, good for a one month supply of Mail Pouch
