Without having another p@#$ing match about why delivery is delayed, I'll only say that it's for da## sure a problem that carriers are aware of.

People tend to assume that, since carriers are the last to handle a magazine, etc., then they must be the ones delaying it. (Notice I used the words "tend" and "assume.")
