A friend is getting married tomorrow so I can't make the Burg. I hate when people don't check with me when they set dates for things. Nothing from April to October. There's also a week in January that is blacked out. 
Seems to me you need to rearrange your priorities.
Wedding, Racing. No brainer it is RACINNG.
I have missed several weddings because of racing and my friends that really know me understand.
