This is a real question - not a set up deal.
1) What is the difference in cost between a steel and aluminum block (this has to include (a) the life of the engine and (b) the ability to repair.
2) Is the aluminum block the main "cost center" i.e. - is it "main" item to control in an attempt to control cost in a sprint car series.
