I did get to see young coleman gulick do battle with the big boys and finish in fourth place. I enjoyed watching him pick them off one by one. He staged a great battle with cottle over the last half of the race. This kid is a comer who isn't afraid to stand on the gas. Whitt is just amazing and he currently owns kokomo. If i heard rob goodman correctly, he took the points lead last night. Had to feel sorry for faas as he probably still can't believe he didn't win that one. Several other battles through out the field with the show being over at a decent hour even with the modified feature running first.

What more can we say about poor josh spencer. If he didn't have bad luck, he wouldn't have any luck at all. He has been really up on the wheel this year but seems to be involved with other people's problems. He still was able to continue on last night and had a respectable finish after restarting in the rear of the feature. Again, a special thanks to the o'connor family for making kokomo speedway the place to be on sunday nights.
