I agree, they shouldn't pay more but they do consistently.
I too have seen crowds of all shapes and sizes at the Burg, the Midget week crowd was smaller than I had anticipated, great features though:2:.
I must say though I went to Eldora for the Knight Before The King's Royal and the crowd was great as was the racing. As much guff as Eldora and WoO receive on this board I wasn't sure what to expect, but I loved every minute of it, not to mention that there was zero down-time
they went non-stop through the night with both divisions.
