The view was much better from where you were. I was too close and the cars looked like a blur. Thanks for the videos. Carpe Diem Productions was there taping from the lift in turns 3 & 4. The track was covered with gravel Friday morning. I'm not sure how Jay, Brian and the guys did it but they pulled it off. We slightly miscalculated on the water. You would think it would drain faster with all the gravel. It is definitely a learning process. I admire the track prep people who have it figured out because it's not an exact science.
I've never been to the Chili Bowl. It is always on my list but never get the break in our schedule. Hopefully next year we can go, if I'm not in the Caribbean.
