I personally think he should be sat down for the rest of the year. No need to see him on the track anytime soon IMO.

All kids aren't like that I will say. Chad Boat is a great example to me. Nice, polite, respectful, fast, and wins. He knows how the car works and can work on it himself. He takes care of his equipment because he knows his dad is giving him a great opportunity to race.
