Yes Ballou only had one offense at Terre Haute and he later gave a full apology to everyone here on IOW.Now Memmer, from what iv`e seen on video and heard had more than one offense at VCS during the MSCS race.Swerving at an official, and his antics toward the crowd when he stopped.This i think is very uncalled for no matter how mad u are.Then to top it off, he carried it further in the pits(from what i heard).I wasnt there, but what i saw on the video is clearly enough to suspend him from further MSCS races and VCS races.Race tracks dont need these kind of things to happen in front of the kids or anyone.
I remember a driver at Tri State Speedway several years ago(wont say name )but car number was 71m do this same thing as far as trying to hit official and not leaving the track.His antics got him banned from the track for that year.
