I checked the MSCS website and it looks like they only reshuffle the heat winners so the feature lineup should be something like this:

__________ -- __________
__________ -- __________
Robbins -- Stanbrough
Ballou -- Short
Thomas, Jr. -- Cone
Boat -- Schuerenberg
Westfall -- Loyet
Fitzpatrick -- Gilbert
Darland -- Bland
Riggs -- Clauson

(The first two rows should consist of Cummins, Williams, Anderson & Hess by the order of the second draw.)
