I've actually travelled South for racing on several occasions, but it was for IndyCar and USAC. Lanier Raceway and Dixie Speedway in Georgia for USAC, and Charlotte and Atlanta for IndyCar.
Hey PJ, you know me all too well on that Nascar thing. But I was actually a pretty big fan back in the late 80's and early 90's. I just lost interest. I haven't seen a Nascar race in person since 2001.
Thanks for the good wishes on that stone. It hurt so bad this morning, my wife almost had to take me to the crash house. I think the pain started when I was thinking about Nascar.
