My heart rate always picks up on the pace lap and time speeds up and slows down on the greens and yellows. And stops on the reds. I'll start rooting for someone after the green is dropped and some dramatic situation starts to unfold. When a ringer like Clayton, Hunter or Stanbrough starts in the back and rifles through a loaded field. Or when an underfunded shoe like Boespflug, Stockon, Fox or Hud is out front, driving the wheels off of it, trying to hold off a high powered favorite, for the win. The stage is always set at this track, by Tommy and his people, so the conditions are always perfect for the drivers to go out and wage an epic battle. One of those that you'll remember and talk about for a long time.
