To each his own I guess. It's interesting how race fans can have very different tastes.

I love the Mini-Sprints, the speed in which they get around L-Burg and how hard they drive there.

I don't mind the mods but pure stocks are an obsolute bore....not to mention what they do to the track with their narrow tires. The only excitement I have ever witnessed involving a pure stock race was when one of them flipped off the flagman last year after driving over the cone on a restart. He was then issued a black flag and removed from the track.

The mini-sprints are a good filler class for the sprints because their races go fast. Throw in mods/late models/pure stocks etc with sprints equals a late finish at the track.

The mini-sprints have had a very good car count this season....about 27 / 28 cars per show. The past two races the winner passed for the lead on the last lap.

Keep in mind this is just my opinion and I am sure many people don't share it. I guess that is why there are so many different types of racing.
