Carl, what I was trying to get across, in an earlier post, is we don't want to re-invent the wheel right now, there isn't time, we have these cars available, people own them, why not use them? We have been looking into ways of meeting this challenge, with out obsoleting every car in the area, and someday, in the future, this may be a possibility, I'm not against it, but there are things that need to be worked out/in to make this happen with as little pain in the purse, as possible.
