quite a bit of stuff that is being stolen out here has been ending up sold as scrap due to the "no questions" policy the scrap yards have taken letely.
a friend who owns a dirt mod had his garage...

although diamonds track conditions were not perfect, they were 1000% better than last years usac show. the track was wider and the dust...

the reason for provisionals in the WoO is because of the bigger sponsors.
the sponsor expects the car on the track, hopefully up front and gaining exposure, at every race...especially televised...
