How about sd4 block/caps, 6.300" wide big end forged rods (3.60" stroke in vin e or a block application)?

Is the Holley TB the 2" bore aftermarket option? What specs on the older cam and does it fit a vin e or a block?
I'm looking for an sd4 block with matching caps, even if it needs repairs (maybe...),...
