USAC’s FIRST “WEBINAR” SET FOR WEDNESDAY


USAC President Kevin Miller, Vice-President Jason Smith and newly-named Developmental Series Director James Spink will host USAC’s first-ever “webinar” this Wednesday on the club’s website at www.usacracing.com.

Scheduled for 7:00 pm Eastern Time, with a separate telecast airing at 7:00 Pacific Time, the three USAC officials will outline USAC’s plans for 2009 and be available for question and answer sessions.

Primary topics include reasons for implementation, benefits for membership and discussion regarding rules and specs, including the announced tire program. Visitors to USAC’s website will be treated to live video and a powerpoint display. To access the webinar, just enter the website and click on the Live Pit Pass button.

USAC’s quarter-midget operations will commence in late-2008 and early-2009 and the new moniker for the quarter-midget series will be .25 (point 25) Midgets.
