I just read that Davey Hamilton will be behind the wheel of a winged sprint car tonight at his home track in Meridian, Idaho. Best of luck Davey.

I have also heard rumors that Davey will be in a sprint car and SC car when USAC invades Phoenix in Nov. Hope this rumor is true. Davey's comeback continues!

Patti - It is good to see Davey Hamilton in a winged sprinter. He is one driver I will honestly have to admit is a lot of fun to watch race, and a champion on and off the race track. I have seen him race at the Indy 500, the Copper Classic, the Oswego Classic, and at Gateway Intl. Speedway. I wish Davey the best of luck.

He will also be driving a modified at that next week ( yes a modified )

Davey gave my Father the ride of a lifetime in the two-seater at Indy. He was gracious and friendly. Good Luck Davey

Rich, thanks for posting the pictures of Davey; he certainly is fun to watch drive a race car.

Shortbus, thanks for sharing the info about Davey driving a modified at THAT. Too bad I cann't delay my trip to Phoenix a few days and stop off at THAT on the 4th.

I wish Davey great success in all of his racing endeavors.
