The ILLINI Midget Series announced our schedule yesterday afternoon at the Annual Rules Meeting in Joliet, IL. This will be the 26th year for the Chicago area club and new this season will be racing all of our races on pavement. The 17 race schedule has us visiting some of the best short tracks in the nation. This season marks the much anticipated return to the Badger State with a pair of races at Madison International Speedway an Wisconsin Dells Raceway. The season looks very promising as numerous new teams and some old teams from the past will be joining our already solid fields of cars which saw 17 car fields at Grundy last year.
