What happened to the 3c?

All,
I have been busy at work and have not made a race since Clay County. My son told me that someone at school told him that Kyle had a wreck in the 3c. I have also seen posts about him driving the 1H car. Can someone confirm this story and please let me know who owns the 1h if possible.

Thanks for your help.

Sounds like they have it put back together then.....
Have to root for the hometown kid..... especially since his dad was my favorite during my younger years......

Wishing this team all the best as I will be at Haubstadt next week and Lawrenceburg on the 4th to see him win the 2 $10,000 events!

I tried to call Mark yesterday morning to see why they finished so bad at Gas City but he never answered and nobody really reported anything about the race so I don't know either.
I like it when the guys tell what "they saw" at the race because I value everyones opinion.

Re: What happened to the 3c?

The 1h is owned by Allan Harpe. Kyle ran that car last year with a wing but they decided to get a nonwing car this season. He ran the 1H at gas city because they are trying to get it figured out and because they don't want to tear up the family car (3c) before the two final MSCS races, 10K at Tri-state and L'burg. I talked to Kyle today and he said he was involved in an early wreck at Gas city in the 1H which is the reason for the poor result. Because they tore up friday, he ran his car at P'ville saturday. Hope that answered some questions :)

Thanks Mike (I am assuming it is you)

I am Steve Watt's boy and me and kids root for Kyle every race we attend. We will see you all next week at Tri State.
