New Eagle Chassis with new black powdercoating. New yellow body and new motorplate. One of the last cars Jerry Russell built at Eagle. 18" split torsion bar front. Includes 5 titanium torsion bars and 1 steel. 3 bars are new. Chassis has built in brake lines in the tubing, and Innovative front end design. Engine has 4 degree tilt. Perfect for dry slick tracks.
