We have a few questions on some of the rules. We looked them over and have decided to make a few minor tweaks to the rules. Attached is the new rules with the adjustments.

So just to clarify, the motorcycle engined cars are still allowed 12" wide rr and 10" wide lr wheels?

O.K., can you explain rule #513?

Why is a starter required for all cars, but clutch is optional???

Most Ecotecs don't have a starter?

Re: USAC Midwest Thunder Midget Rule up Date

The rules originally required the use of a starter and flywheel, However, we agree that the majority of Ecotecs are being built as push start. This reference to the starter was missed in the update of the rulebook, and #513 will be deleted.
